Business Analyst (Project Operation Team) (Gurugram)

The Project Operations Specialist will be responsible for visiting dealerships, workshops, and service centers to resolve bugs, conduct demos, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel within the NCR region to visit client showrooms, service centers, etc., for data collection, surveys, orientation, and training.
2. Conduct thorough data analysis to extract valuable insights and support decision-making.
3. Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
4. Create process flow diagrams and system architecture documentation.
5. Develop data models and define data requirements for business applications.
6. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.
7. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from various departments.
9. Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum: 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g., project manager, data analyst)
2. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
3. Experience with specific business domains (e.g., finance, sales, marketing) is desirable
4. Experience working with Data Analysis tools is beneficial
5. Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams is advantageous
6. Experience managing stakeholders and project budgets is helpful
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Project Trackable is desirable
8. Must have an interest in automobiles

Location: Gurgaon involving travel within NCR (mostly field job)
CTC: Upto 5LPA, travel within NCR will be reimbursed
