Requirements:-
1- 5 Years of Experience in B2B Sales (NOT open to students or less than a year’s experience)
Client Relationship Management
Conflict Resolution
History of Successful Target Achievement
Good Presentation and Communication Skills
Based in Mumbai (Hybrid)- this is a travel within Mumbai Job (around Bandra)

JD:-
Lead the sales division for Mumbai and its surrounding regions as an individual contributor (grow the business and build a team in the coming two years)
Maintain composure while dealing with clients and effectively expanding the territory.
Demonstrate resilience under pressure.
Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
Understand clients’ business objectives and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
Introduce new products/services and explore upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Promptly address client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Exceed sales targets through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Develop comprehensive account plans for revenue growth.
Gather feedback from clients and incorporate insights into ongoing account strategies.

CTC: 6 to 12 lpa, depending on your interview performance- this will have a variable component which has not been decided yet
